Mallards Elite Training
Program Overview
Mallards Elite Exposure & Training (M.E.E.T.) is a 12-week elite hockey development program designed to help athletes meet their training goals, meet junior hockey coaches, and meet the next level of competition. Players receive 36 hours of on-ice instruction, 24 hours of off-ice strength and performance training, professional video analysis, and personalized coach feedback. Our exclusive Responsible 18™ model (16 skaters, 2 goalies) maximizes coaching, relationships, and player development. Players Receive
  • 36 Hours of Elite On-Ice Development focused on skating, puck skills, hockey IQ, compete level, and game situations.
  • 24 Hours of Off-Ice Strength & Performance Training to build speed, power, mobility, balance, and injury prevention.
  • Responsible 18™ Training Model with only 16 skaters and 2 goalies per group for maximum coaching, repetitions, and individualized instruction.
  • Professional Video Analysis & Coach Feedback with bi-weekly evaluations to track progress and identify development goals.
  • Progressive 12-Week Curriculum where each session builds on the last, creating measurable growth throughout the program.
  • Junior Hockey Exposure & Relationships by training with and building connections to Minnesota Mallards coaches and staff before prospect camp.
